concept3D Self service model shop terms and conditions of use

Please use your best judgment when submitting your order as all orders are subject to review by our team of designers and 3D modelers. For example, if a 'complex' model is submitted as a 'simple' model, the deposit will be credited and the project will be subject to resubmission. Work will only commence upon concept3D approval. All submissions are the property of the client/submitter. concept3D may present the content in its marketing materials, but will not resell or license the content or client information to any third party.  Your plans are yours and treated confidentially and used only to create the best quality product possible. Your plans, photos and any other materials submitted are your property and will only be used to create 3D models and other services selected by you. We will never resell or copy your work. We only ask that we add your project to our list of clients – after public disclosure of your work.
