Associate Product Manager

Job Purpose:

Concept3D’s Associate Product Manager will have a key role in defining, refining, and delivering Concept3D’s core product offering. From auditing the platform for accessibility to wireframing new use cases, this role is integral for the success of the product. This role has a heavy quality assurance aspect that involves manual testing. This position is a part-time position to start with the opportunity to become full-time over time if desired.

Duties

  • Define key product requirements by creating product requirement documents, pivotal tracker stories, and/or test case scenario documents
  • Quality assurance and regression testing of the map and tour platform prior to product releases
  • Help the product manager prepare release notes for product releases
  • Run and review accessibility audits
  • Support Client Success team members in addressing customer issues; including determining if an issue is user error, a bug or a feature request
  • Wireframe product features and use cases
  • Create new feature FAQs and other support/training documents

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Strong interest in technology
  • Will work in our Denver, CO office
  • Will work part-time (20-25 hours per week)
  • Works well with others
  • Fast learner
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office products
  • Is comfortable working with both PC and Mac computers/mobile devices
  • Technical course work is a plus
  • Design program experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Web Accessibility protocols is a plus
